Why are there more tubes than I need to run my kit configuration?
The Aplo Flow EV Profiler 2 Automation Accessory Kit includes enough tubes to run any of the supported configurations of the EV Profiler 2 kit – some of which require fewer tubes than others for working reagents.

Are Aplo Flow system pipette tips included with my ONI reagent kit (EV Profiler 2) purchase?
Aplo Flow system tips are not included with the EV Profiler 2 kit. When ordering your reagent kit, you will need to also purchase the Aplo Flow EV Profiler 2 Automation Accessory Kit, which will include a rack of tips necessary to run the kit on Aplo Flow.

Can I use other tubes of my choice instead of purchasing this kit?
No. The Aplo Flow EV-PREP protocol is specifically optimized for the geometry of these exact tube and labware types. Substituting alternative tubes can critically compromise performance and cause faults/failures in your chip preparation.
